Thomas Johnson Homes builds approximately 10 to 15 custom homes in the Buffalo and Western New York areas per year ranging in price from $500,000 to $3 million. Our custom homes are constructed on both developed lots and off-site properties, mostly in the Southtown areas of Buffalo / Western New York. We are currently building in Reed Hill Heights, Eagle Heights, Birdsong, Stonehenge, Summit, and our own exclusive neighborhood, Wildwood Estates.
